A small, round-shaped coffee bean (often called 'peaberry') is an important ingredient in this coffee selection. PLATINUM coffee is a mild, delicate, very smooth coffee with an interesting and broad flavor profile. Certified by the State of Hawaii, is naturally low acid, pesticide free, and certified Kosher.

When this was brewing I got that carmelly Kona smell that I adore. The coffee itself is quite smooth - as smooth as, if not smoother than the Gold. The finish is sort of fruity (apricot?) moving into smoky notes that get left on the palate. A very good cup of coffee.
