This was my favorite until I found the Black Moutain Moka Java. It's strong and smooth at the same time. Not acidic and has more complexity than just about anything I've tried from a pod. My wife says it tastes a bit burned, but she likes mild brews.

Earthy rich first taste, with a smokey, short finish that I found a little bitter. Full bodied, solid, but without the depth of flavor of the GC Costa Rica.
