Return Policy
At BetterCoffee, we're not just about better coffee, we're about better service too. If you're having trouble with our coffee or your brewer, just drop us an email at info@bettercoffee.com and we can solve the problem quickly and easily. We can often avoid a return shipment and ensure your satisfaction through a brief email exchange. If it turns out you don't like our coffees or we're unable to resolve your issue through email, return the unused product for a prompt and courteous refund.
- Drop us an email at info@bettercoffee.com to let us know you're returning the coffee
- Place unopened boxes in a shipping container
- Ship using your preferred carrier. (We recommend USPS Parcel Post... it's often the least expensive :-)
- Look for an email from us confirming we've received your return.
- Look on your credit card or paypal statement for a credit from BetterCoffee.
