If you're having trouble with our coffee or your brewer, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can solve the problem quickly and easily. We can often avoid a return shipment and ensure your satisfaction through a brief email exchange.
If it turns out you don't like our coffees or we're unable to resolve your issue through email, return the unused product for a prompt and courteous refund.
- Drop us an email at email@example.com to let us know you're returning the coffee
- Place unopened boxes in a shipping container
- Ship using your preferred carrier. (We recommend USPS Parcel Post... it's often the least expensive :-)
- Look for an email from us confirming we've received your return.
- Look on your credit card or paypal statement for a credit from BetterCoffee.
